Chateau de Chambert is a red wine from Cahors, made from the Malbec grape, also known in France as Auxerrois. With less tannat, 2004 and 2005 vintages are more balanced wines that emphasize the malbec and merlot grapes providing a hint of the new Chambert wines to be released in 2007.

Gewurtztraminer grand cru Schlossberg is produced in Ammerschwihr in the southern rhine valley near Colmar in France. Domaine Adam is making great Alsace white wines such as Gewurtztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris.

Champagne Mandois Brut nature (Brut zero or extra brut) is a Champagne with no dosage, which means no liqueur was added after disgorgement. Instead, it was only topped-up with Champagne from the same vats. This Champagne is special and must be accompanied with food. It is best appreciated with oysters for example. I have not tried it yet with sashimi, but it may be great as it is the kind of taste that matches well the extra brut. Do not drink the Brut nature as aperitif. You might prefer a blanc de blancs instead .

Champagne Mandois Blanc de Blancs vintage brut premier cru is a 100% chardonnay Champagne produced in Pierry, a village classified as premier cru in the Côte des Blancs (south of Epernay). I would really recommend this vintage 2004 Blanc de blancs in apéritif. A great Champagne, of which Maison Mandois can be proud. Try to find this quality for our price at Changi airport duty free. Chateau Moulin de Cassy 2006 is a great value Médoc wine. The right balance of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (50/50) makes this wine easy to drink and to appreciate under any circumstances.
